About the Role

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their Hematology team at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.

This is a full-time nursing position requiring 36 hours of work per week, with 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients undergoing bone marrow transplants, oncology treatments, and other hematological procedures
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify needs, and prioritize interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including progress notes, medication administration, and vital signs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Prior experience in hematology or oncology settings preferred

Estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits start on day one, and we offer a competitive relocation package for candidates relocating to the Dallas area.
