We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavior Technician to join our team at Autism Learners. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to individuals with autism and related disorders.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing treatment plans with fidelity, completing data summary reports, and attending monthly team meetings. You will also work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities:- Implement treatment plans with fidelity and accuracy.
- Complete data summary reports for assigned cases, meeting all deadlines.
- Attend monthly team meetings to discuss client progress and share best practices.
- Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and implement behavior and skill acquisition programs.
- Maintain accurate records of supervision and task-related hours.
- Act as a mandated reporter for all cases, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.
- Completed 40-hour RBT training course.
- Bachelor's Degree in applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology, or related field (preferred).
- Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (preferred).
- 1 year of experience working in education, behavioral health, mental health, or applied behavior analysis (preferred).
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.

- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance.
- Clear background check.
