Job Summary

Kona Medical Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Annadale, VA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to identify treatment needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including data collection systems
  • Provide supervision and training to RBTs and students to ensure effective program implementation
  • Collaborate with clients and their families to establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship
  • Communicate effectively with parents, RBTs, and Clinical Director regarding client progress
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children diagnosed with ASD
  • Experience training and supervising RBTs
  • Valid VA driver's license and reliable transportation
  • CPR certification
  • Completion of a Level 2 background clearance
