About the Role:

  • Assist physicians and staff in patient care, including preparing patients for exams and procedures.
  • Perform technical workups, patient interviews, and special testing as required.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and office efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in ophthalmic or medical field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
