Job Summary

The Senior Director of Development, Student Affairs is a key leadership position responsible for advancing the philanthropic goals of the University of California, Riverside's Student Affairs Organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute long- and short-term strategies to grow the philanthropic pipeline and secure annual and major gifts for student success and endowments.
  • Identify and manage a portfolio of key stakeholders and travel frequently for qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship purposes.
  • Collaborate with University Advancement colleagues to achieve fundraising goals and arrange opportunities for key leadership to meet with prospective donors.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development and a proven track record of success in securing major gifts. A bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required.

The University of California, Riverside is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates. We offer a competitive salary range of $111,000 - $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
