About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your specialized training and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care. You'll work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, prioritize patient needs, and advocate for their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process, adhering to hospital policies and protocols
- Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction
- Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting patient autonomy, dignity, and health
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent; advanced degree in Nursing preferred
- Registered Nurse license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement
- Current BLS Certification required; ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification preferred
- One year of experience in acute care setting preferred

Compensation and Benefits
