Building Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Salvation Army. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our buildings, equipment, and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine repairs and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Conduct regular grounds keeping work to maintain the beauty and safety of our outdoor spaces.
- Perform minor plumbing and carpentry repair work as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with general building and grounds maintenance practices and procedures to ensure we are providing a safe and healthy environment for our staff and visitors.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
