Key Responsibilities:

  • Skillfully prepare and serve coffee and a variety of beverages that align with RocketCup Coffee's high standards.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by warmly greeting patrons, processing orders, and managing transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized café environment, ensuring both dining and kitchen areas are well-kept.
  • Follow health and safety protocols to create a secure atmosphere for both staff and customers.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your coffee knowledge and service skills.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare delicious food offerings in our kitchen.

Candidate Profile:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Prior experience in coffee preparation or food service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to perform efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • A cheerful disposition and a genuine love for coffee.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn RocketCup Coffee's unique methods and standards.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
