Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Country Inn & Suites Houghton. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including showers, toilets, and sinks
  • Replenish toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper products
  • Deliver items to guest rooms as needed, such as towels, extra pillows, and supplies
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Work in a team environment and assist and support all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for our guests
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 20 pounds
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
