Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for reconciling labor analysis and supervisory reports, maintaining the security of associate-related files, and performing other administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile labor analysis and supervisory reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of associate-related files and documents.
- Perform other administrative functions as directed by management.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
Preferred Requirements
- Maintain extreme confidentiality with all information and comply with store-related payroll and scheduling policies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding hiring, payroll administration, and child labor restrictions.
- Communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Complete daily time and attendance and weekly payroll.
- Remain accessible to all associates.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
