Job Summary

Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for reconciling labor analysis and supervisory reports, maintaining the security of associate-related files, and performing other administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile labor analysis and supervisory reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of associate-related files and documents.
  • Perform other administrative functions as directed by management.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.

Preferred Requirements

  • Maintain extreme confidentiality with all information and comply with store-related payroll and scheduling policies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding hiring, payroll administration, and child labor restrictions.
  • Communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Complete daily time and attendance and weekly payroll.
  • Remain accessible to all associates.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
