As a key member of our hospitality operations team, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operation of the stewarding department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the stewarding team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the department
  • Control and distribute operating equipment, maintain cleaning and sanitation standards, and supervise utility, pot washer, dishwasher, and worker assignment tasks
  • Assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures
  • Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates
  • Resolve associate issues and maintain a positive work environment
  • Be able to read banquet menus and perform set up procedures
  • Responsible for all personnel under their supervision
  • Maintain required standards of sanitation and cleanliness
  • Review and reinforce operating procedures with their shift
  • Minimize breakage of circulating equipment
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Meet minimum requirements of Motor Vehicle Records
  • Must be able to lift, hold, pull, and carry 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work under stressful situations
