About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecommunications Sales Professional to join our team as a Lifeline and ACP Enrollment Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Lifeline and ACP products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our Lifeline and ACP products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Sales and Enrollment: Effectively promote and sell our Lifeline and ACP products to customers, ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Requirements:
