Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain security, account, client, and system settings within Tamarac.
  • Perform firm-wide audits to maintain data integrity and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate quarterly statements for clients and respond to data requests from corporate.
  • Serve as a Salesforce (CRM) subject matter expert and local administrator.
  • Execute trades to rebalance accounts, manage cash/liquidity needs, and harvest losses in taxable accounts.
  • Monitor and review client investment portfolios to identify areas for trading action.
  • Assist in reporting on alternative investments and aggregate tax documents.
  • Provide technical support for bulk deliverables and serve as a key technology resource.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong understanding of investment and CRM data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with Portfolio Management Systems (Tamarac and/or Addepar).
  • Ability to work with others, take direction from multiple sources, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
