At Inter-Con Security, we take pride in providing customized security solutions for our clients. As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will be part of a security team that supports critical facilities and infrastructure, public venues that require an enhanced presence, and asset protective services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen employees and personal baggage at pedestrian and vehicle entrances
  • Verify identity badges of personnel for clearance and screen vehicles
  • Manage temporary badge process
  • Conduct roving patrols, on foot or in vehicle, around perimeter fences, gates, buildings, warehouses, storage areas, switchyards, etc.
  • Identify fire hazards, unauthorized activity, malfunctioning utility, hazardous conditions
  • Monitor CCTV
  • Operate X-ray machine
  • Perform additional duties related to security of premises as required
Requirements:
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Physically capable of performing the assigned work
  • Be able to meet all applicable licensing, registration, and certification requirements in the state in which the officer's assigned facility is located
  • Communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
