Job Overview

Atlanta Painting Company is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our painting operations as a Superintendent. This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple painting crews and projects, ensuring timely completion and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, crews, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
  • Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, address concerns, and provide guidance to crew members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to review past projects, discuss challenges, and share best practices.
  • Communicate daily with the VP of Operations and office staff on job status, progress, and any concerns.
  • Manage weekly payroll for painting crews, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Train and interview new crew members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Enforce company standards and quality control measures on all job sites, ensuring consistency and high-quality results.

Benefits and Compensation

Atlanta Painting Company offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, plus a range of benefits, including PTO, company vehicle or vehicle stipend, company cell, 401k matching plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance options. Bonus potential is available, with a commission-based structure paid out monthly.
