Job Overview:

The successful candidate will develop and implement team-focused change management strategies to ensure business alignment with results. Key responsibilities include partnering with project teams to assess change management needs, developing tailored strategies, and creating roadmaps to guide the change process.

This role requires analyzing engagement plans with key stakeholders, identifying knowledge or competency gaps, and recommending training programs. The ideal candidate will create and execute communication plans that align with business/project strategies, ensuring key messages are delivered to various stakeholders using various communication tools.

The Document Change Management Specialist will engage senior leadership and complex managers to identify best practices for implementing change, accommodate unique business needs, and collaborate with vendor partners to ensure appropriate training materials are developed. This role also involves producing engaging messaging, including presentations, leader talking points, and other materials to convey change-related information to employees.

This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of Butterball's Drug/Alcohol Screening & Testing Policy. Estimated salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
