Job Overview:
The Level 1 Assembler will be responsible for assisting in all final assembly positions and general production help. This includes tapping sleeve final assembly, ultra-sleeve final assembly, TX3 final assembly, repair clamp final assembly, and operating production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in all final assembly positions
- General production help
- Tapping sleeve final assembly
- Ultra-sleeve final assembly
- TX3 final assembly
- Repair Clamp final assembly
- Operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures

Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
- Ability to plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements
- Time management skills
- Inventory control experience
- Dependability

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, we also offer benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Work Environment:
This position is based in a manufacturing facility and requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment.
