Position Overview:
As a Sales and Inventory Management Representative, you will play a crucial role in our retail operations by delivering exceptional service and managing customer relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Process orders, handle cash and charge transactions, and assist with financial reconciliations.
- Maintain clear communication with distribution and account managers regarding customer-related updates.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information on pricing, ordering, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program, ensuring timely delivery and restocking of products.
- Conduct initial repairs and troubleshooting of VMI equipment as necessary.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or customer service.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency (Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
- A clean driving record is essential.
- Ability to work in a drug-free environment.
