Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator to join our Billing Department and contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable working in a multitasking, hands-on, challenging, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Calculation of fee scheduled bills
- Examination of Client bills for accuracy
- Requesting Final liens from private insurance companies, HMS & CMS
- Handling Debt related matters
- Resolving any financial discrepancies
- Assisting in the training and development of new employees
- Finalizing escrow
Requirements:
- 3-5 Years Minimum of experience
- Knowledge of NJ PIP fee schedule
- Knowledge of Commercial, HMS & CMS guidelines
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft & Excel
- PIP legal knowledge a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Escrow knowledge a plus
Compensation:
$60,000-$70,000 USD
