  • Establishing efficient work habits to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrating an understanding of how to operate within budgetary constraints.
  • Effectively communicating challenging situations encountered during engagements to supervisors.
  • Conducting thorough self-reviews of all work prior to submission for supervisory review.

QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK

Experience:

  • Prior experience with governmental entities or local municipalities is preferred.
  • Experience in public accounting or a related professional services environment is advantageous.

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or a recognized business credential is required.

Licensure / Certification:

  • A CPA license is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must fulfill the required Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits annually.

Legal / Compliance:

  • Completion of the Independence Guidelines and Ethical Standards acknowledgment is necessary.
  • Government engagements necessitate the ability to obtain a security clearance from the United States government.
