What You'll Do

As a Regional Float RN, you'll be responsible for ensuring consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts. This may require assuming the interim role and responsibilities of a Health Care Coordinator to meet the residents' needs and staffing requirements.

You'll also provide RN delegation training and supervision to Resident Assistants, develop and train staff on performance management policies, and assist in maintaining resident charts and reviewing documentation.

What We're Looking For
  • RN - Registered Nurse in good standing
  • CPR certification
  • 2 years' health care management experience
  • 1 year's experience in the assisted living setting

Hired candidates will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check, valid references, and other pre-employment practices as required by law. EOE.
