Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible
  • Evaluate patients' needs for physical therapy and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Provide care and treatment to patients based on physician care plans, agency policies, and professional standards of care
  • Instruct family members, PTA's, home health aides, and other caregivers in physical therapy techniques
  • Mandatory certifications: First Aid, AED, and CPR
