Our team members appreciate the flexibility of our working hours, which include Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sundays off. We also offer part-time schedules and a range of benefits, including:

As a Crew Chief, you'll be an integral part of our management team, working closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You'll have opportunities for training and career advancement, and will be part of a dynamic and supportive team environment.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Working with the General Manager to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Coaching and executing excellent customer service
- Setting a positive example as a leader and building team engagement and efficiency
- Developing teammates through our internal training program and providing ongoing guidance and coaching
- Ensuring quality control measures and processes are followed consistently
- Assisting the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance
- Providing clear and detailed direction to the team
- Ensuring the service center is clean, safe, and presentable
- Providing guidance and mentoring to automotive technicians and CSA's
- Performing opening and closing duties when the General Manager is off
- Assisting the General Manager in building and maintaining an engaged workforce
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- A proven track record of leadership and motivation
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- The ability to analyze and recommend financial objectives to drive sales and service results
- A positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment
