LFC Team Lead

At Doterra, we're committed to fostering a culture of growth and development. As an LFC Team Lead, you'll play a critical role in supporting our leadership team in executing essential functions while driving improvement projects and simplifying processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely kitting of goods to specifications and proper routing to recipients.
- Manage and train a team of up to 50 temporary staff or personnel from other departments.
- Multitask effectively, managing operational processes while completing paperwork, training staff, and operating machinery.
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership.
- Work with the operation leadership to achieve department goals related to morale, safety, volume, cost, and quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation and a clean, safe work environment.
- Monitor and identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and recommendations.
- Take on leadership roles in project improvement groups as needed.
- Focus on reducing waste and inconsistencies in work processes.
- Train and support team members in continuous process improvement principles and practices.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by the Supervisor or Manager.
- Serve as an ambassador for the Doterra culture at all times.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Preferred experience in kitting/assembly operations.
- Must be proficient in English communication (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) for safety and other purposes.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Preferred experience with electronic system-based processes.
- Familiarity with lean methodologies or process improvement practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt to changing processes.
- Ability to think creatively and navigate complex business dynamics.
- Willingness to work cross-departmental as needs arise.
- Must be able to traverse varying distances across the facility.
- Ability to detect and address hazardous conditions.
- Be comfortable with lifting 30 lbs, pushing up to 50 lbs, and standing for at least 8 hours.
