Job Overview
This position is designed to deliver technical guidance for the manufacturing team. Key responsibilities encompass providing documentation and on-site support related to safety, production, and quality methodologies, tools, and machinery. Proactively implement innovative processes and techniques aimed at enhancing safety, minimizing product costs, and elevating product quality.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Enhance product quality by diagnosing manufacturing challenges, formulating cost-efficient solutions, and supervising their successful integration into production.
  • Collaborate with Production Team Members to address manufacturing and quality challenges associated with methods, processes, tools, machinery, and product design.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards through Validation & Verification processes.
  • Accountable for identifying processes that necessitate validation, developing corresponding plans and analysis criteria, executing the plans, and conducting final assessments and approvals.
  • Design new processes and workstations to decrease cycle times and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Monitor and enhance productivity while ensuring all customer commitments are fulfilled promptly, with a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot production and packaging machinery and provide technical assistance.
  • Specify and expedite scheduled maintenance for all production equipment and systems.
  • Coordinate manufacturing releases effectively.
  • Lead compliance initiatives, as well as Environmental, Health & Safety efforts, in alignment with plant objectives.
  • Drive the implementation of LEAN manufacturing principles and ensure safe processes that comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Ensure that corrective actions are taken to address identified safety issues across all areas.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or an Associate's degree with 5 years of experience; or a High School diploma with 7 years of experience in production, engineering, or troubleshooting of PC/server-based systems.
  • Familiarity with IT QA and testing protocols. Strong analytical and planning capabilities.
