Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Sanitation Specialist who possesses a strong work ethic and excellent communication abilities. Your primary duties will include managing the cleaning of dishes and maintaining a tidy kitchen environment. You will be tasked with loading and unloading dishware from the dishwasher, as well as performing various cleaning responsibilities as directed by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor. Key Responsibilities
  • Scrape food remnants from plates
  • Pre-rinse dishes, glassware, and utensils before placing them in the dishwasher
  • Unload the dishwasher and organize items in their designated storage areas
  • Clean and maintain kitchen floors
  • Keep track of detergent and cleaning supply levels
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Carry out additional cleaning tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
