Regional Culinary Operations Manager

Atria Support Center is seeking a highly skilled Regional Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary services team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, support, and guidance to our culinary staff in assigned communities.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Guidance: Provide overall leadership and support to the culinary services staff in assigned communities, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
- Culinary Operations: Maintain culinary operations at assigned communities, ensuring that basic systems and standards are in place, kitchen operations are organized, and staff members understand their job expectations.
- Quality Enhancement: Review and implement Quality Enhancement standards with culinary leaders and staff, ensuring that all systems are in place to maintain or exceed designated Quality Enhancement scores.
- State Inspections: Ensure that state-specific standards are maintained at all times, working closely with culinary leaders to review state guidelines and regulations and implement policies and procedures to meet regulations.
- Training and Development: Train and uphold Quality Enhancement standards at all times, ensuring that culinary staff understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Travel: Travel extensively (up to 100%) to support culinary operations and provide leadership and guidance to assigned communities.
- Culinary Experience: Five (5) or more years of culinary experience in the hospitality industry.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Skills: Strong organization and time management skills, demonstrated ability to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees, Serve Safe certified, basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Travel: Will be required to travel up to 100% of time on behalf of the Company.
