Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to work on our CRJ200, CRJ700, CRJ900, and E175 aircraft. The successful candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot all aircraft systems to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet maintenance deadlines
  • Manage all documentation and paperwork, including parts paperwork
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless aircraft maintenance
Requirements
  • Valid FAA issued A&P Certificate
  • Meet all FAA and Safety Requirements
  • Good troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a night/third shift position, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Exercise good judgment in working with people in a team environment as well as in aircraft maintenance and safety
Preferred Qualifications
  • CRJ and EMB experience
  • Familiarity with Company and Manufacturer Manuals
Physical and Other Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Be able to read, write, and understand the English Language
  • Be able to comfortably lift 60 lbs. routinely with or without reasonable accommodation
