Compensation:
$41 - $42 per hour. Estimated gross earnings of $120 with overtime.

This role will require off-shift availability and flexibility to support team staffing needs.

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the coordination of mechanical and electrical tasks essential for maintaining quality, cost efficiency, timely delivery, safety, and sanitation in a high-speed production environment.

Qualifications/Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial mechanical and electrical roles. Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
Familiarity with manufacturing operating systems is essential.
Strong communication abilities are required.
Proficient computer skills are necessary.
Effective time management skills are a must.
Experience in a unionized manufacturing setting is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Maintenance Leadership and Off-Shift Operations Supervisor, this position is tasked with overseeing and scheduling mechanical and electrical work to ensure the Bakery operates continuously.

Availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays is required.
Education
A high school diploma or GED with relevant technical training is required.
An Associate's Degree is preferred.
