Job Title: Client Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Client Service Associate to join our high net worth investment advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through timely and accurate administrative support.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client relationships, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Process account paperwork, including new account openings, transfers, distributions, and other administrative tasks.
  • Update client data and relationship management systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare investment review materials and performance reports for advisors, providing valuable insights and analysis.
  • Support client events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services or a client-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and financial planning software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong verbal, written, and technical communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and attentive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
