Patient Support Associate

We are looking for Patient Support Associates to join our team at Compassionate Provider Care Agency. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support services to patients in their homes.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer patient care under the supervision of nursing staff and/or management
- Assist patients with medication administration as directed
- Help patients with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Ensure patients' safety during transportation
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment
Necessary Qualifications:
- Previous experience in patient care or related fields is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
- Familiarity with medical terminology is desirable
- Ability to work effectively in teams or independently
Compensation Details:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000, based on location and experience.
