Job Title: Retail Manager 2

Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Retail Manager 2 to oversee retail operations at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, OH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day retail operations, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Meet or exceed financial targets and goals, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Conduct regular safety walks and employee safety training sessions to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist with retail outlet product inventory and ordering, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of supervising and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Servsafe certification and working knowledge of HACCP.
