Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and hire top talent, including managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Talent Development: Develop and implement training programs, succession planning, and performance management processes to ensure the growth and development of our employees.
  • Culture and Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction, including recognition and reward programs, employee feedback mechanisms, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR function, including HRIS administration, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a full-time position based in Brooklyn, New York, with occasional travel to other locations.
