We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collections department, you will play a vital role in contacting clients to retrieve accounts receivables.

Job Requirements:
  • Achieve department standards and goals through continuous efforts to contact clients and collect on debtor accounts.
  • Set up suitable payment arrangements once contact with the debtor has been made, and follow up on payment arrangements.
  • Follow up on all accounts until they are paid, settled, or deemed uncollectible by management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure. A high school degree or equivalent is required, and experience in agency or bank recovery is preferred but not necessary.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
