Civil Site Development Project Manager / Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead civil site development projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop site development plans

  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil site development project management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Civil 3D software and AutoCAD
