Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a specialist in onboarding video publishers and implementing optimization best practices.
  • Coordinate between the US Customer Success team, Video Product team, and Marketplace monetization team to enhance video monetization efforts in the US.
  • Collect and analyze product feedback regarding areas for improvement in video monetization, based on insights from customers and the Customer Success team.
  • Oversee account setup and management within the PubMatic system.
  • Ensure timely execution of technical integrations while delivering exceptional service during implementation.
  • Contribute to the design and development of the optimization playbook for Video and CTV/OTT.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, business development, product management, and engineering, to create tailored implementation plans for select clients.
  • Maintain accurate records across multiple support systems (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA).
  • Respond proactively to escalations from both Publisher and Demand clients regarding integration challenges, discrepancies, and Brand Safety issues.
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide competitive insights for our clients.
  • Engage closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximize returns for end customers.
  • Participate in on-site quarterly business reviews with clients to discuss technical issues and product support opportunities.
  • Contribute to presentations for strategic and quarterly business review meetings.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Video, SDK, or OTT in a recent role.
  • Proven experience supporting video publishers in monetization efforts.
  • In-depth knowledge of video ad serving, rich media ads, and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with RTB, PMP, Header Bidding/Wrapper, SDK, and various ad formats/ad platforms.
  • Understanding of video ad servers and platforms.
  • Comprehension of auction dynamics within a programmatic environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookup functions.
  • Experience with debugging tools such as Fiddler, Firebug, Charles log, or Chrome Inspector.

Compensation

The base compensation range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000. This range represents PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the base salary for this position, which may vary based on factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, PubMatic offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.
