The National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) is the top professional women's soccer league in the USA, with 14 clubs and 350+ of the best soccer players globally. In its 12th season, the league is on an exhilarating trajectory, expanding its reach and redefining the landscape of women's sports.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Video Production to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the NWSL's video production calendar, leading production on sponsored video content series, and managing the NWSL video archive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce high-quality video content for distribution across NWSL social and digital properties
  • Manage a team of video editors and producers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of video content
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop video content strategies that align with the league's goals and objectives
  • Manage the NWSL video archive, ensuring that all video content is organized and easily accessible
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality video production
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in video production, with a focus on sports or entertainment
  • Expertise in technical equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and editing software
  • Deep knowledge of soccer and the NWSL
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work results and execute under deadlines
  • Disciplined approach to managing multiple projects, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
What We Offer
