Key Responsibilities
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Political Science and International Studies, including introductory sections and senior capstones.
  • Develop and maintain an active research agenda, with a focus on contributing to the department's public policy course offerings.
  • Participate in department and institutional service activities, including curriculum development and program initiatives.
  • Contribute to the diversity of our curriculum and community, and serve as a mentor for our diverse student body.
Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Political Science or a related field, or near completion of the Ph.D.
  • Strong teaching and research skills, with a commitment to academic excellence.
  • Ability to communicate research and teaching interests in a way that contributes to our public policy course offerings.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations and a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
