About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist to join our team at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. As a consultative specialist, you will provide expert care to patients throughout the northeast and southeast Idaho market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative care to patients with high-risk pregnancies
  • Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
  • Participate in leadership responsibilities, if interested
  • Support a 1:2 call schedule, with telemedicine support
  • Open to J-1 Visa candidates

About Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center

  • As the largest medical facility in the region, Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center is a full-service hospital with 318 patient beds
  • Our primary outpatient practice is located adjacent to the hospital, offering state-of-the-art labor & delivery unit, a newborn nursery, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and PICU
  • Onsite neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and pediatric anesthesiologists are available for surgery
  • We have an additional clinic location across the Idaho Falls market, adjacent to our partner hospital
  • EIRMC is home to a Level II Trauma Center, a Level 1 ICU, and the only Burn Center in the state of Idaho
  • The Heart Center provides the region's most comprehensive cardiovascular program with a full spectrum of cardiology services
