Position Overview:
K-Designers - Sales Consultant/Closer

We provide leads that are confirmed, eliminating the need for cold calling. Our comprehensive training program is paid.


K-Designers has established itself as a leader in the industry, boasting over 46 years of experience and a customer base exceeding 200,000.

As a growing entity within Great Day Improvements, which generates over $1.5 billion in annual revenue, we are on the lookout for dynamic sales professionals who possess strong closing abilities and a passion for success. This role presents a significant income potential and avenues for advancement for top achievers. Experience in home remodeling is not a prerequisite, as we offer exceptional training for qualified candidates.

Compensation Range:
$100,000 - $275,000 annually

K-Designers Offers:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home sales presentations, fostering trust and educating clients.
  • Identify customer needs and effectively utilize K-Designers' proven sales techniques.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales by visiting clients' homes, representing our products.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred, though we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
  • Ability to close at least 25% of leads provided.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License are required.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented and motivated by financial success.
