We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services.
Salary: $20,000 Sign On Bonus + Competitive Hourly Rate

Job Responsibilities- Assure quality nursing care for patients by following physician's orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies and procedures.
- Administer medications as ordered by M.D. and according to facility policies.
- Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
- Assist physicians with rounds as needed.
- Drain fluids, prepare patients for treatments, and document accordingly.
- Perform scheduled treatments and maintain infection control measures as necessary.
- Adhere to cleanliness, infection control, and Standard/Universal Precautions regulations.
- Participate in research related to quality of nursing care, as assigned.
- Assist with records, orders, and assessments of new admissions unit/hall.
- Registered Nurse with a degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing, and proof of renewal every two years.
- Prior experience in geriatric nursing and genuine interest in providing quality-nursing care to patients.
- CPR certification yearly.
- Ability to supervise nursing assistants and assure timely completion of work assignments.
- Dependable, flexible, and cooperative individual able to work well with all nursing personnel and departments.
