About the Role

A Diagnostic Imaging Specialist is required to perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans in Clinton, North Carolina.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of internal organs, tissues, and structures within the body using specialized MRI equipment. They will ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure, while also collaborating with healthcare teams to provide accurate diagnostic information.

  • Operate MRI equipment to produce detailed images of the body's internal structures.
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to review MRI images and assist in the interpretation of findings.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including imaging data and scan results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Certification as a Certified MRI Technologist (CMR).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Prior experience as an MRI Technologist.

We are offering a competitive salary of $ 85,000 - 110,000 per year, based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week. This includes a tax-free stipend amount that will be determined upon confirmation of employment.
