Requirements

  • Experience with automation in manufacturing and familiarity with tool and die operations
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (JDE experience a plus) and manufacturing software
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse, collaborative environment
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary range of $120,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience
  • Performance-related bonus structure:
  • 15% target bonus with a potential to reach 18% (of the 15%) based on company metrics
  • Bonus paid annually in April
  • Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company match, health insurance, and paid time off
