Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members have a successful and enjoyable day.
Responsibilities- Engage and enrich members through various activities and programs
- Transport members on our shuttles, promoting social interaction and community integration
- Assist with daily activities, following a calendar of events and programs
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe facility
- Collaborate with colleagues as a team to provide exceptional support
- Document daily activities and progress in accordance with DODD guidelines
- Assist with feeding, toileting, and mobility needs as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License with fewer than 6 points
- Ability to drive wheelchair-accessible shuttles and meet insurance requirements
- Pass an FBI/BCI Background check and ODOT physical
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- 1+ year experience in the DD field (training provided)
- $14-$16 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time position with paid holidays
- Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30, no nights or weekends
We require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test each week. Masks are worn when transporting individuals, with adjustments made as the situation evolves.
