Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members have a successful and enjoyable day.

Responsibilities
  • Engage and enrich members through various activities and programs
  • Transport members on our shuttles, promoting social interaction and community integration
  • Assist with daily activities, following a calendar of events and programs
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe facility
  • Collaborate with colleagues as a team to provide exceptional support
  • Document daily activities and progress in accordance with DODD guidelines
  • Assist with feeding, toileting, and mobility needs as required
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License with fewer than 6 points
  • Ability to drive wheelchair-accessible shuttles and meet insurance requirements
  • Pass an FBI/BCI Background check and ODOT physical
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • 1+ year experience in the DD field (training provided)
Benefits
  • $14-$16 per hour, depending on experience
  • Full-time position with paid holidays
  • Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30, no nights or weekends

We require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test each week. Masks are worn when transporting individuals, with adjustments made as the situation evolves.
