About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Optometrists, Opticians, Lab Technicians, Assistants, Office Managers, Front Desk Receptionists, and Billing and Insurance Specialists. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optometrists: Conduct comprehensive eye exams, diagnose vision problems and eye diseases, prescribe corrective lenses, and provide pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients.
  • Opticians: Assist patients in selecting eyewear, fit and adjust glasses and contact lenses, interpret prescriptions, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Lab Technicians: Fabricate, repair, and maintain eyeglasses and contact lenses; work with optical equipment to ensure precision.
  • Assistants: Greet patients, manage scheduling and records, assist with basic eye tests, and ensure the clinic runs smoothly by supporting the optometry team.
  • Office Managers: Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, manage staff scheduling, handle patient inquiries and billing, and ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Front Desk Receptionists: Welcome patients, manage appointment scheduling, handle incoming calls, process payments, and provide administrative support to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Billing and Insurance Specialists: Handle patient billing, verify insurance coverage, process claims, and resolve payment or coverage issues.
