Job Overview

We are seeking skilled optometry professionals to join our team at Catalyst Labs, a leading recruitment agency specializing in direct placements and global fractional recruitment. This is a general / expression of interest, by submitting your CV you will be considered for upcoming positions with our clients that match your skills and interests.

As an optometrist, optician, lab technician, assistant, or office manager, you will have the opportunity to work with competent recruiters who are deeply embedded with clients. We prioritize your confidentiality and privacy throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams, diagnose vision problems and eye diseases, prescribe corrective lenses, and provide pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients.
  • Assist patients in selecting eyewear, fit and adjust glasses and contact lenses, interpret prescriptions, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Fabricate, repair, and maintain eyeglasses and contact lenses; work with optical equipment to ensure precision.
  • Greet patients, manage scheduling and records, assist with basic eye tests, and ensure the clinic runs smoothly by supporting the optometry team.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, manage staff scheduling, handle patient inquiries and billing, and ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations.
