We are seeking a skilled Painter/Lead to join our team at Avero, a leading manufacturer in drilling equipment.

The role is a full-time position on first shift, offering a competitive hourly pay rate, benefits, and 401k.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Paint Department to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of painted parts.

Organize and maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the storage of incoming items in designated bins.

Update and maintain accurate records of missing parts for each rig, either in production or pull.

Pull, paint, and stage rig components to meet production demands.

Requirements:

Proven experience in painting and leading a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
