Job Summary: As a key member of our kitchen staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability of clean dishes, preparing the kitchen for next shifts, and adhering to all food safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and flatware in a timely manner.
  • Prepare the kitchen for next shifts by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
  • Clean appliances used in the kitchen, such as mixers, etc.
  • Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean environment.
  • Report any kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.

Requirements:
  • No prior experience required.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Estimated Salary: $18-$22 per hour depending on experience.
