Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class guest service and ensure a seamless rental experience
  • Familiarize guests with equipment and provide expert advice on usage and safety
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain a safe and efficient rental environment
  • Assist with cash handling, retail sales, and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to stand and move in an active environment for extended periods
