Job Title: Registered Nurse - Clinical Leader

Vivo Healthcare Orange Park is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Leader. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our team of nurses to deliver high-quality services.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse - Clinical Leader will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and implementing nursing services.
  • Leading and supervising a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Providing education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
  • Leading and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Providing education and training to nursing staff on new policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of staff development programs.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for nursing care.
Working Conditions:
